Water-based formulations
PIM+, PIM+ Type S, PTS+ and AgriWood are water-based and not flammable. The composition and hazard information for each product is in its safety data sheet.
Longer service life
PIM+ and PIM+ Type S harden concrete internally and reduce damage from rain, pressure washing, de-icing salts and abrasion, which increases the life of treated surfaces.
One-time application
One soaking application of PIM+ or PIM+ Type S is permanent, which lowers maintenance and cleaning costs over the life of the surface.
